Solaiq Platform
For installers
These Terms govern your use of Solaiq Platform ("the platform"), a sizing, proposal, and project-management tool for solar installers. By registering an account and agreeing to these Terms at registration, you accept them in full.
Solaiq Platform helps installers profile client loads, size hybrid solar systems with electrical calculations referenced against the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC), manage per-project pricing, and generate client-facing proposals, contracts, and single-line diagrams.
The platform is a sizing and estimation aid. It does not replace your own professional judgment, a licensed electrical engineer's review, or compliance sign-off required by law.
Calculations are based on the data you enter and on standard reference values. They have not been verified against your specific site conditions, local utility requirements, or as-built circumstances. You — the installer — are responsible for verifying that any system you design or install is safe, code-compliant, and appropriate for the actual site, and for obtaining any required professional sign-off before installation.
We are not liable for damages, injury, code violations, or losses arising from systems designed using this platform without independent professional verification.
New accounts start on the Free plan, which includes access to core features with limits on the number of saved projects and daily calculations, and without access to the Calendar, Procurement, and Tutorial Videos features. The Pro plan removes these limits and unlocks full feature access. Where billing is not yet automated on the platform, any Pro plan arrangement will be confirmed with you directly rather than charged automatically.
You own the project and client data you enter into the platform. We don't claim ownership of it, and we don't use it for anything beyond operating the platform for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You're responsible for having the right to enter your clients' information into the platform, and for your own obligations to those clients regarding their data.
Don't use the platform to:
By creating an account, you agree to receive transactional emails from the platform: verification links, password reset links, support ticket updates, and account notices (such as reactivation and plan changes). These are operational emails, not marketing. You cannot opt out of transactional emails while your account is active.
We aim to keep the platform available and your data intact, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. This is an actively developed product — features, pricing, and this agreement may change as it matures.
You may deactivate or permanently delete your account at any time from the platform's settings — no need to contact us. See our Data Deletion page for what happens to your data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, particularly the acceptable use section above.
The platform is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including — as covered in Section 2 — damages arising from systems designed using the platform without independent professional verification.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
We'll update the date at the top of this page when these Terms change, and communicate meaningful changes directly to registered installers.
